Hello and welcome! Fitness isn't just a hobby for me—it's been a passion of mine since I graduated high school. My journey began at the age of 18, working at well known gyms like Xsport and Golds, initially as a front desk girl. Within two years, fueled by my passion for helping others achieve their goals, I became a certified personal trainer. Witnessing my clients transform both physically and mentally was incredibly rewarding, and the bonds I formed along the way were priceless.

Venturing further into the world of fitness, I challenged myself by competing in NPC shows, learning more first hand about the intricacies of weightlifting. Despite my love for personal training, practicality led me to pursue a career in education, specializing in Physical Education and Health. Over the past 5 years, I've dedicated myself to teaching weightlifting and leading group fitness classes at a high school where I've also had the privilege of running our state winning cheerleading teams strength program I initiated.

While teaching has been fulfilling, a part of me has missed the personalized touch of personal training. This lead me on a journey once more, pursuing a Master's in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. Receiving recertification as a personal trainer through NSCA, I'm now focusing on earning my credentials as a certified strength coach.

Driven by a desire to assist women in their fitness journey, I've begun creating plans to guide women towards their goals. Whether you're seeking guidance to reignite your fitness routine, or just starting out on your wellness journey, I aim to provide support and be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way.
