Privacy Policy

The controller of your personal data is:

Depending on how you use the service, we may process the following categories of data:

• Account dataName, email address, login credentials and profile settings.
• Fitness profile dataAge, sex, height, weight and goals, used to generate estimates and guidance.
• Health and wellness dataMeasurements, wellness parameters, notes on conditions relevant to training and nutrition. Processed only with your explicit consent.
• Progress photosImages you voluntarily upload to document physical progress. They may reveal health data and are processed only with your explicit consent.
• Usage dataTechnical information about your use of the service (logs, device, events) needed to provide it and ensure its security.
• Billing dataData needed for invoicing and payments; card details are handled directly by the payment provider.

We process your data on the following legal grounds:

• Performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPRTo create and manage your account, deliver the service and manage your subscription.
• Explicit consent — Art. 9(2)(a) GDPRTo process health and wellness data and progress photos, which are special categories of data. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPRTo send you marketing communications, only after you opt in, with the option to withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPRTo comply with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations relating to invoicing.

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Account and profile data are kept while your account is active and for a limited period thereafter; data processed on the basis of consent until you withdraw it.

Billing data and accounting documents are kept for approximately 10 years, to comply with tax and civil-law obligations under Italian law.

In relation to your personal data you may exercise the following rights:

• Access — obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data in the cases provided by law.
• Restriction — request restriction of processing in certain cases.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller.
• Objection — object to processing on grounds relating to your situation.
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, www.garanteprivacy.it).

To exercise your rights, write to the controller's contact details in section 1. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

To deliver the service we rely on third-party providers who process data on our behalf as processors (for example hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, transactional email), under appropriate contractual safeguards. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
